He’s 90% potty trained and is learning to signal when he needs to go out. Medical-wise, he’s up-to-date on vaccinations and neutered. Declan gets along great with cats, dogs, and even children. Every adoption includes a full veterinary exam, neuter procedure, prepaid microchip, deworming, age-appropriate vaccinations, and preventative treatments while in rescue.
