About Dusty
Dusty is an adorable puggle who recently joined rescue after aging out of being sold by a breeder. At 5 months old, he’s sweet, silly, and eager to find a loving family. Weighing in at under 20 pounds, he'll likely grow to be a small medium-sized dog, around 25-30 pounds. In his foster home, Dusty is soaking up new experiences. He's quickly learned to navigate stairs, motivated by his love for the outdoors. Dusty enjoys playful explorations, gets along well with other dogs, and respects their boundaries. He's also discovered the joy of toys, which keeps him happily occupied. Currently, Dusty is crate-trained at night and when his foster is away. This routine will help him adjust well in a new home. His leash training is progressing, and he surprises everyone with how quickly he’s picking it up. Housetraining is improving, but as with any puppy, be prepared for a few accidents as he settles in. Food motivates him, making training a bit easier. Dusty is a gentle soul. He might be slightly shy at first but revels in affection once he feels safe. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Dusty gets along with children, dogs, and even cats, making him a great fit for various households. Ready to fall in love?
