Edgar recently lost his beloved owner due to a move to assisted living, leaving him a bit sad and confused. Thankfully, he’s now at Miri’s, where he's receiving all the cuddles he deserves while getting to know his new crew. Edgar has an impressive set of vocal cords that he uses to serenade anyone who will listen, showing off his talent proudly. This charming little guy gets along well with both dogs and cats, and he’s quite content being a solo pet if that’s the situation. He’s suitable for homes with older children who will respect his nap times while providing plenty of cuddles. Edgar is housetrained and does well on a leash, peacefully sleeping through the night. His exercise needs are minimal, making him an ideal companion for those cozy nights at home. Though he isn’t a fan of car rides, a few treats and some snuggles can ease his anxiety. Edgar does have a heart murmur, but it’s stable and doesn’t require medication. His arthritis might benefit from some supplements, and while he has some vision challenges, he navigates his environment well. He tackles a few stairs but struggles with larger sets.
