About Jia

Meet Jia! She's an adorable adult Shiba Inu-Corgi mixed breed girl set to arrive in the Pacific Northwest from South Korea in late September. Jia is one of four fortunate pups who were rescued from overcrowded shelters and given a fresh start by our dedicated partners at Street Dog Hero. As she lands in Oregon, patience and understanding will be essential for Jiaโ€™s transition. Itโ€™s important to allow her time to adjust to her new surroundings and fully reveal her personality. Jia is known to get along well with people and dogs, though her comfort level with kids and cats is still to be determined. Once in care, Jia and her companions will have time to settle into their temporary foster homes while they adapt. Each adoption comes with a wellness check, vaccinations, and a microchip, ensuring a healthy start for Jia. Will you be the one to welcome this amazing girl into your life? Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
