About Oso
Oso is a loyal dog whoās looking for someone willing to put in the time and care he didnāt get early on. He was found as a stray and spent too long at a shelter, but he hasnāt lost his capacity for devotion or play. Heās likely a border collie and mini aussie mixāsharp, eager, and happiest when thereās a job to do. Oso bonds tightly to his person and is always up for a game of fetch. Heās affectionate, snuggly, and picks up on training quickly. His foster has introduced him to puzzle toys and agility basics, which he absolutely loves. Osoās housebroken and making progress on his leash work. Like plenty of herding breeds, he can get mouthy when excited but responds to correction. He struggles with a bit of separation anxiety and will do best with someone around most of the time, willing to build his confidence in a quiet home. Heād thrive with older, dog-savvy kids but shouldnāt live with cats or other dogs, as he gets overstimulated. Walks in low-traffic areas work best while he continues to adjust. Oso is ready to become someoneās shadow, bring their routine a little more joy, and fill the house with squeaky toy noises. Give this dog a chance to blossom. Your new best friend is just one click away.
