Sarge is a shy but sweet Chihuahua, warming up to new faces with a little time. As a young adult, he does okay with most small dogs, though his resource guarding means he'd thrive either as the only dog or with a respectful small companion. He lights up around people and would feel most comfortable in a calm home with folks who are around often.
