Meet Lucia, affectionately known as Lou. This 6-year-old lab mix, weighing in at 60 pounds, is the embodiment of joy and companionship. Lou lights up every room — she’s thrilled to see you awake, eager to take a stroll, and ready for cozy movie nights. She enjoys keeping you company during cooking adventures, making sure no snack goes unattended. Currently in a foster home, Lou lives harmoniously with two other dogs, children, cats, and chickens. While she’s friendly with everyone, she’s still learning to resist the temptation to chase cats and has a curious interest in the poultry. With her eagerness to please and sharp intellect, exposure and guidance will help her adapt perfectly in a home with cats. Lou loves to play fetch and often has a toy or even a mischievous sock in her mouth. Crate trained and house trained, she’s spayed and up to date with her vaccinations. Though she is fine being home alone, she dreams of being your steadfast companion at work or play. This sweet girl needs another dog in her new home; she’s never been solo.
