About Koda
Koda has been waiting patiently for a permanent or foster home for over three years. Heās a large, medium-coated Retriever/Newfoundland mix with sharp intelligence, a goofy side, and a ton of stamina. At about four years old and roughly 70 pounds, heās got a thing for fetch and will chase a ball for as long as youāll throw it. Koda isnāt much for chasing wildlife or bikes, and heās not a runner, though cats do tend to steer clearāprobably wisely. He knows a solid set of commands and picks up new ones quickly. With other dogs, heās playful in a physical, tumble-around way. Koda bonds tightly with his person and truly shines in a stable, calm setting. Busy households are tough for him. He needs a single, experienced owner who has room to moveāthink yard or rural propertyāand plenty of time and patience for daily exercise and consistency. Structure and routine help him thrive. Koda is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and is seeking someone who values loyalty and is ready to put in the work to help him settle in. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
