About Trout
Trout is a delightful 16-week-old mix, weighing around 45 pounds, with an endearing blend of Great Pyrenees and Basset Hound traits. He’s a sweet, smart pup who's curious about every being he encounters. With adults, kids, and even dogs, Trout is simply loving. Currently sharing his home with a Shih Tzu, he formed an adorable bond, often choosing to nestle next to her once she drifts off to sleep. Trout is thoughtful and follows his foster around, eager to be near. He plays joyfully, yet he's gentle with his enthusiasm and polite during treat time. Housebroken, he knows how to signal his bathroom needs with a quiet sit by the door, demonstrating his professionalism in manners. While car rides aren’t his favorite, he enjoys running, so a physically fenced yard would be perfect for him to stretch his legs safely. Trout thrives with canine companionship, making another dog in his forever home essential for his happiness. He’s a lovely blend of affection and playful spirit, not too overwhelming or demanding. In summary, Trout is everything you could want in a puppy—gentle, affectionate, playful, and intelligent.
