About Chilly
Chilly is a fantastic dog who narrowly escaped a dire fate at the shelter. Just an hour before he was set to be euthanized, our partners rescued him, knowing he deserved a second chance. Now heartworm negative after completing his treatment, Chilly is a smart boy eager to please. Heβs crate-trained, has excellent house manners, and walks beautifully on a leash. This friendly dog is a social butterfly, greeting everyone with enthusiasm and curiosity. He has spent time with other animals, including a cat, and showed nothing but playful energy. Chilly can leap a 4-foot fence but prefers to hang out on the porch rather than run away, showcasing his loving nature. With a fun personality, he's a vocal pup with adorable βoooo woo'sβ when heβs ready for dinner or a walk, so he might not be ideal for apartment living. Fostered recently, he demonstrated that he thrives on companionship, benefiting from the presence of another dog but can also be content as an only pet with a family who enjoys his affectionate company. Chilly is more than just a pet; heβs a potential running or hiking buddy despite needing moderate exercise. Always up for an adventure, this easygoing guy loves to relax and enjoy life after play sessions. Click apply to start the adoption process.
