About Tara

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Tara! This two-year-old, 45 lb Husky/Shepherd mix is looking for her next adventure after coming from an overcrowded shelter. With her sweet and spunky personality, Tara is an active girl who thrives on being outdoors with her people. Tara is eager to please and loves exploring, making her a great fit for an active family. She has lots of energy and would enjoy daily walks and outdoor activities. Tara is still fine-tuning her leash manners; she can pull, so an adopter comfortable training a strong dog would be ideal. This lively lady enjoys the company of other dogs and has a playful spirit. While she can be a bit spicy during playdates, she could thrive in a home with a compatible canine buddy or be perfectly fine as the only dog with the right socialization plan. Tara is looking for an experienced, active home that can continue her training and provide ample opportunities for exploration and exercise. She’s ready to fill your life with fun, affection, and companionship! Tara is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready for a loving home. Her adoption fee is waived.
