About Garrius Jj

Meet Garrius Jj, a lively Catahoula Leopard Dog in need of a new home. He’s a purebred, neutered male who is fully vaccinated and microchipped. Due to family changes, Garrius is looking for a supportive foster or adoptive environment where he can regain his confidence. He has spent his life with his family since he was 8 weeks old and weighs 56 pounds of enthusiastic energy. While he adores kids, he’s best suited for older, dog-savvy children, as his exuberance can be overwhelming for younger ones. Garrius interacts well with other dogs if there are proper introductions, but he tends to be timid around newcomers. He is loyal to his pack and prefers a confident leader to help him thrive. An intelligent pup, he has learned commands like sit and stay and is eager to please, making training a breeze. Garrius enjoys playtime and adventure but also has a sensitive side, often trying to cuddle with those around him. Although he can be vocal, he does his best to communicate and express joy with a bark, making his personality shine. This affectionate young dog deserves a safe and nurturing space to flourish, away from stressful situations. He’s crate trained and settles down well at night. As a loving companion, Garrius is ready to bring joy and loyalty to the right family. If you think you could provide that home, apply today!
