This little guy is an adorable heart-stealer, eager to find a forever family that will love him as fiercely as he plans to love them. Coming from a breeder and hoarding situation, Widget missed out on the typical puppy perks like toys and snuggles. However, he is quickly realizing that humans can be kind, soft beds are fantastic, and belly rubs are not a trap. Although he takes his time with new people and experiences, once he feels safe, Widget’s loyalty and affection shine. He currently lives with his similar-sized foster siblings, who are helping him learn the nuances of family life. Widget is also doing a great job with house training, consistently going outside and even using a potty pad when needed. For his leash skills, Widget will require a physically fenced yard, creating a safe space for him to explore and grow in confidence. Once you earn his trust, you’ll have an adorable, loyal companion who thinks the world of you. Widget is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested, and microchipped.
