Meet Java! He's a charming 9-week-old puppy ready to fill your life with fun and laughter. Weighing in at 11 pounds, Java is still getting used to his legs but never misses a chance to keep up with his littermates. This adorable boy is one of Athena's ten puppies and although we don’t know exactly what breeds are in this lively litter, we do know Athena is a Pit Bull mix. A Wisdom Panel DNA test is on the way, and we're curious about Java's unique mix! Java is expected to grow into a large adult dog, likely around his mother's 60-pound size. Therefore, his forever home will need a physically fenced yard for him to run and romp freely. He’s just beginning to learn to be a well-mannered family dog and will need consistent training and socialization. He'll need patience and positive reinforcement as he grows. Java has been neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and has received his first distemper/parvo vaccine. His future adopter will be responsible for his remaining vaccines. Java is excited to meet prospective families who are ready for puppy cuddles, playtime, and all the playful chaos that comes with raising a puppy.
