Riggs thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where he’s surrounded by people who can shower him with love. He's very playful, gets along well with other dogs, and would benefit from having a furry friend around to boost his confidence. He’s also great with children and tends to be calm and gentle with them. Given his past, he’ll need a patient adopter who can help him adjust to a forever home.
