Ducky, an adorable not-so-ugly duckling, has the charm of a handsome young dog without the awkward phase. At just 4 months old, he weighs 20 pounds and sports a lovely brown coat with icy blue eyes. His snowy white chest, spotted little feet, and paint-dipped tail make him truly unique. While his exact breed mixture is a mystery, his Shepherd-like ears are hard to overlook. Ducky is a clever pup who needs mental stimulation. He's food motivated and eager to learn, picking up commands such as sit and down quickly. He walks nicely on leash and is kennel trained, though he may voice his opinions during the day. Consistency in potty training is key for him, and he's well on his way. With medium-to-high energy, Ducky is dog-friendly and great with children, making him a wonderful fit for a family. He's searching for an active home that will help channel his energy and intelligence. Ready to meet this charming blue-eyed boy? Ducky is currently in foster care in Mead, Colorado.
