Badger is a striking one-year-old male Australian Shepherd and Husky mix looking for a loving home. He was found wandering with his siblings, Jackal and Puma, on State Route 821 in Washington County, Ohio, and brought to the HSOV on August 20, 2026. Badger has a beautiful black-and-tan medium-length coat and a stunning fluffy tail that almost seems like it has hair extensions due to its volume. His charming face features warm brown eyes, a tan mask, and large erect ears. Initially a bit shy and uncertain in his new environment, Badger is eager to make friends. Fortunately, he made quite an impression during his outdoor photo shoot, showing bravery as he posed for pictures with some gentle encouragement. Weighing approximately 33.5 lbs, Badger is still getting the hang of walking on a leash but is ready to learn with some dedicated training.
