Raccoon is a cute 4-month old male Australian Shepherd/Husky mix puppy who was brought to the HSOV on February 11, 2026 along with his four siblings (Buck, Foxy, Groundhog, and Kitty) after they were found on Straight Run Road in the Lowell Ohio area. Raccoon has a tricolor medium-haired coat with a unique black/white pattern on his chest/belly, a long tail, and an adorable face with dark brown eyes, tan eyebrows, a white/cream-colored muzzle, and short floppy ears. Raccoon weighed 22 lbs when he entered our shelter on February 11th. Raccoon and his brothers/sisters are all about fun-and-games at this young stage of their lives :) They love to engage in silly puppy games .. They sometimes play rough .. but they always love each other to curl up with for a group nap afterwards. Raccoon and his siblings will be spayed/neutered before they are officially adopted. They could be fostered-to-adopt while they are awaiting those procedures with an approved HSOV foster/adoption application.
