At about 1 year old and weighing around 22 lbs, she came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and has quickly charmed the volunteers with her playful spirit. Serafina thrives on interaction and loves spending time with people, making her perfect for a family that enjoys playtime and cuddles. Serafina has met other dogs and seemed to enjoy their company, so if you have a patient dog who can help her learn proper playfulness, they may become fast friends. Although she hasn’t been around kids yet, it’s best to avoid toddlers so she doesn’t accidentally bump into them while she’s still learning her boundaries. Her energy level is lively, ranging from 5 to 7, and while she may be a bit skittish at first in a new environment, she warms up quickly. Serafina is well on her way to mastering basic commands and has started her training with Mostly Mutts University, where she’s already showing great promise. She’s doing well in her crate but would appreciate continued assistance with her potty training. All in all, Serafina is a delightful companion eagerly awaiting a loving family.
