Leesi is a small dog with a big heart. She weighs 20 lbs and is fully grown at about 1-2 years old. This gentle and sweet Dachshund mix is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative. Having been abandoned with her brother Ziggy, Leesi is still a bit anxious in shelter life but shows her true colors as a friendly companion. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and is fabulous with children. Both dogs waited patiently outside their home for three days after being left behind, showing their loyalty. Despite initial worries, Leesi and Ziggy arrived in good shape and are adjusting well to shelter life. They're also both house trained and love to seek comfort in their crate or snuggle in laps.
