Meet Samwise, the charming puppy inspired by the beloved Lord of the Rings! At around 3-4 months old, he's currently about 16 lbs and still growing. Samwise ended up at Mostly Mutts seeking a loving home where he can thrive. His sweet personality shines through as he interacts with volunteers and other puppies. He’s been described as one of the best pups in Middle Earth. Samwise enjoys playing with his siblings and has shown a good disposition with other dogs. While he hasn't met any kids yet, he would do great with older children, as he might be a bit too playful for toddlers. With a playful spirit, Samwise is both energetic and gentle. He loves running around the play yard and adores squeaky toys. He's currently enrolled in training and has already mastered basic commands like sit, stay, and come. Once his puppy shots are complete, he can continue his training with the free lifetime training classes offered by Mostly Mutts. His ideal family will be committed to teaching him as he grows, including some housebreaking and crate training. Be prepared for both fun and some training adventures!
