Meet Holly! This sweet little girl is about a year old and weighs just 8 pounds. While she was once sold as a purebred Shih Tzu, we know her as an adorable Shih Tzu mix. Sadly, she ended up in a shelter, but those tough days are behind her now. Holly is pee pad trained and uses them only while her foster mom is at work. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and quickly became a favorite at doggy daycare. During transport, she was a perfect passenger and got along great with Kya! One thing Holly missed out on was proper grooming; her coat was severely matted before she was shaved down. She's now looking for a loving family that can continue her grooming routine and help her with leash training and housebreaking, since she's still quite young. Holly dreams of a securely fenced yard, possibly a canine companion to play with, and a family committed to providing her with a lifetime of love. Holly will be at PetSmart in Clifton Park this Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. to meet potential adopters—just remember, travel is necessary.
