About Little Lottie

Little Lottie, a charming Shih Tzu, joined us after being surrendered due to her previous owner's health crisis. Now, she's ready for her new beginning and is looking for a loving forever home. Weighing in at just 6.5-7 pounds, Lottie is full grown, yet she’s one of the tiniest Shih Tzus you’ll find. Her adorable brown and white hair, featuring unique symmetrical markings, will need professional grooming every 4-6 weeks, so commitment to her grooming routine is vital. Lottie has a sweet personality and loves to be near her people. She's getting accustomed to new experiences and is working on her confidence with some socialization. She's playful and enjoys being the star of the show among friends, especially in a laidback household where she can thrive as the queen of her domain. Lottie is good with other dogs and great with positive reinforcement training—she's already had some initial sessions. An ideal environment for Lottie would have someone home most of the time; though she can tolerate short absences if other canine companions are around. She thrives on companionship, so avoiding crating is essential. If you think Little Lottie might be a fit for your life, we’re eager to meet her perfect match!
