About Baze

Meet Baze! This sweet Shih Tzu is an 8-year-old gentleman ready to swap his tough past for a cozy forever home. When Baze came to our shelter, he was severely matted and struggling with irritated skin and eyes. We quickly groomed him to ensure he felt comfortable, and our vet has been taking great care of him. He’s on the mend, but Baze does have dry eye, which means he’ll need Optimmune eye ointment to keep his eyes healthy. We recommend a limited-ingredient diet to support his sensitive skin and overall well-being. Despite his challenges, Baze is a gentle soul who deserves a loving family. His needs are manageable, and the reward is a loyal companion who will shower you with gratitude. He gets along well with children, making him a great addition to any family. Could you be the one to offer Baze the happy ending he’s been waiting for? Come meet him and see if he’s the perfect fit for your home!
