About Montay

Montay is a 5-year-old neutered male French Bulldog, weighing between 20-25 lbs. He’s had quite a journey, being rescued from a shelter in Georgia. Montay may be paralyzed in his hind end and needs diapers, but he’s learned to spinal walk, using his back legs about 80% of the time. He overcame heartworm, is now healthy, and is ready for his forever home. Despite his challenges, Montay is an incredibly sweet and joyful pup. He needs a home with air conditioning and should avoid intense heat, but he loves people and gets along well with dogs, cats, and kids. He has a charming disposition and is crate trained, plus he walks nicely on a leash. While he doesn’t require a fenced yard, he would thrive in a supportive, loving environment that understands his special needs. If you’re interested in welcoming this affectionate little guy into your home, please complete an application at www.rosebudrescue.com/adopt. Long-distance adoptions are considered, but a meet and greet in the Buffalo, NY area is needed to start things off.
