Buttercup is a senior, small Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix with a short white, cream, and apricot coat. She is a spayed female, vaccinated, and currently based in West Falls, NY. Buttercup is crate trained, not fully house trained, and recent dental work means she has no teeth but manages dry food just fine.

About Buttercup

Buttercup is a mellow, senior Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix who weighs about 10-15 lbs. She thrives in a calm home and will happily spend her days curled up by your side or relaxing in a sunbeam. Buttercup lost all her teeth after a dental but eats dry food with no trouble, and you won't have to worry about future dental bills. She’s quiet, undemanding, and loves a gentle touch. Buttercup gets along with both dogs and cats. She’s crate trained, does well on a leash, and uses potty pads along with going outside, so a fenced yard isn’t needed. If you’re looking for a sweet, low-maintenance older companion, she’s about as easy as they come. Long-distance adopters are welcome, but a trip to Buffalo, NY for a meet and greet is required.
