Tommy has faced tough times, having spent far too long in the shelter system after being returned when his family moved to a pet-free location. Now in a foster home, he’s made impressive strides, soaking up love and care he truly deserves. Known for his love of playing fetch, a simple tennis ball can keep him entertained for hours. After using up some of that energy, he’s happiest cuddling in a lap, enjoying every moment of affection. Tommy is crate trained and is well on his way to being housebroken. He walks nicely on a leash and gets along well with the resident dog in his foster home. He also passed a brief cat test before entering the foster environment. Tommy has shown he’s great with children, particularly thriving alongside those aged eight and older. His time in the shelter has made him all the more ready for a loving home.
