George is a delightful 1-year-old Pit Bull with a charming personality and an infectious smile. He arrived at the shelter after being found as a stray, and his past shows his nurturing side as he recently sired a litter of puppies. Now, it’s George's turn to find a loving home where he can thrive. This active boy is all about fun and adventure. He enjoys running, playing, and soaking up the attention of anyone who is near. George is a great candidate for a family that can engage him with walks, playtime, and plenty of outdoor activities. So far, George has shown a friendly demeanor with other animals. He has calmly interacted with shelter cats and done well during on-leash introductions with other dogs. As he settles into the shelter, he continues to show positive behavior around other pets. George is already house trained and is making strides with his leash manners. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and weighs approximately 49 pounds. If you're looking for a playful and affectionate companion eager to be part of your family, George could be the perfect fit. Come meet him to see his sweet nature for yourself!
