Leni is an 8-pound, curly-coated sweetheart who found herself at the Stanislaus Shelter after wandering the streets. Estimated to be around 5 years old, she was never claimed and became at risk in an overcrowded environment. Luckily, she’s now in the PNW, and ready for a fresh start. With a friendly demeanor, Leni enjoys the company of people and is great with other dogs. She's good on a leash and crate trained, thriving on human interaction. While she gets along well with other dogs, she loves her people most and would be perfectly content either as the only dog or alongside a respectful companion. Leni is also getting the hang of potty training with a consistent schedule. If you have a warm lap and don’t mind the occasional dog kiss, Leni could be your perfect match.
