About Darcy
Darcy is your dream Chihuahua! This adorable 3-year-old female weighs in at just 12 lbs and is the perfect blend of curiosity and cuddles. Recently rescued as a stray in California, she adapted quickly to her foster home in Lynnwood, WA and is already housetrained and stair-savvy. Darcy gets along wonderfully with her two foster brothers, both small dogs, but she could shine as an only dog too—just make sure she gets plenty of social time. She’s a leash-walking pro, striding straight as an arrow on her walks and loving her daily outings. One of Darcy's joys is her collection of squeaky toys, especially her cherished Lambchop stuffy. She also enjoys nose work puzzles, keeping herself busy and entertained with her family of toys. She has a bit of the bossy Chihuahua spirit, bringing her playful personality to her interactions with fellow dogs, but they all get along well as they settle into their routines. If you’re looking for a companion who prefers snuggling under blankets rather than sleeping in bed, Darcy is your girl. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready for her forever home. If you can handle a little squeaky toy fun, don't hesitate to submit an application for this sweet girl!
