About Reya

Meet Reya. Reya is an 8-year-old Shiba Inu who found herself in our care when her family could no longer support her. Upon arrival, Reya needed some TLC, weighing just 18 pounds, but she’s coming back to her vibrant self with regular meals and attentive care. Like many Shiba Inus, Reya prefers to meet new people on her own terms. She may appear reserved initially, but once she feels safe, her charming personality shines through. Reya enjoys leisurely walks, exploring the yard, and has plenty of energy to enjoy some zoomies. She has shown great progress with her house training, settling into a routine and taking her bathroom breaks outside. If you’re searching for a thoughtful companion who values her independence yet cherishes family moments, Reya might just be the perfect match. Reya is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. We scheduled a recheck with her vet due to an elevated white blood cell count noticed in her initial tests, but she’s feeling fit and fine. Interested adopters can learn more at her recheck next Tuesday. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
