About Nate

Meet Nate, a charming 12-week-old Labrador Retriever mix who is currently in a loving foster home. Although Nate is completely blind, he’s an incredibly smart pup who learns quickly where everything is located. He’s never kenneled and enjoys snuggling in bed with his foster family. Nate sleeps through the night and is working on potty training using a bell system; he already knows when it’s time to go outside. This affectionate boy craves love and companionship. He would thrive with someone experienced with blind dogs who can provide patience and understanding. Due to his special needs, he isn’t a fit for homes with children. Nate is getting better at accepting treats and is a gentle soul who might just want to rest in your arms.
