Meet Howie! This sweet boy came to us from death row where he was going to be euthanized due to space and being blind. He is a true testament that blind dogs are not broken though! He takes a while to adjust to new people and new surroundings, but once he does he really blossoms. His favorite hobbies are chewing on toys and relaxing on the couch with you, he's a total couch potato! He enjoys the other dogs in his foster home and has started to even play with them! They have helped him settle in and learn the routine so much. Howie is such an easy boy to love and would make any lucky family happy.
