About Ducky Longtime Resident
Ducky is a 9-week-old Pit Bull Terrier desperately seeking a loving home. Currently at the Kern County Animal Services in Bakersfield, he has spent over a month in a shelter environment, which can be quite stressful for young pups like him. Ducky’s coat is a striking combination of black and white/cream, and he sports a short, smooth fur that’s easy to care for. Living in a kennel is challenging, especially since dogs are at a high risk for euthanasia due to overcrowding. Ducky deserves a chance for a fresh start in a family setting. Though he’s not yet house trained, his playful spirit and eagerness to learn will make him an affectionate companion for the right person or family. He’s currently not altered, but he is up to date on vaccinations. Ducky needs an adopter who can open their home and heart to him quickly. If you have a place for him, he would be ready to fill your days with joy and love. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
