About Stevie

Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet Stevie, a proud graduate of doggie manners board and train who’s searching for a backyard to snooze in and a comfy couch to snuggle up on with his favorite person. At five years old, this mini-goober bubble blower is sure to win your heart with his playful antics, especially his silly frog poses and belly-up rollovers just waiting for a rub. Stevie weighs about 70 pounds and is known for being affectionate, gentle, and calm with every person he meets. On outings to the park, he’s eager to greet everyone passing by and loves making new friends. Thanks to his board and train experience, Stevie has excellent leash manners—he even graduated with honors! He travels well in the car and, once he’s settled, enjoys watching the world go by from the back seat. His ideal family should have some experience with big dogs, be open to doing a bit of ongoing training, and offer a yard where Stevie can relax and play. He should be the only dog in the home, as he’s a bit nervous around other dogs after his time in the shelter. Stevie thrives on pleasing his humans, learns quickly, and listens well, making him a wonderful companion for a family. With a moderate energy level, Stevie will happily hang out in the yard watching butterflies before curling up on the couch for a cozy snuggle. Fun fact: since Stevie was born on January 15, his sun sign is Capricorn—making him loyal, steady, and endearing! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
