About Skipper
Meet Skipper, an active and lively dog ready to bring joy into your life. She’s been with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas, for over two years, making her one of our beloved long-term residents. Skipper came to us with an injured front leg, which was amputated, but don’t let that fool you. This tripod is a bundle of energy and loves to fetch – perfect for any baseball or softball enthusiast! Skipper is a charming mix of black and white, with a personality that shines through her playful antics. Once she’s done running around, she reveals her affectionate side, enjoying some well-deserved cuddle time with her favorite humans. While she’s still learning basic commands and could use some leash training, Skipper responds well to treats and positive reinforcement. She’s not the best fit for homes with other dogs or cats, so she’ll thrive as your only pet. Skipper might take a little extra time to warm up to new people, but once she does, she’ll be ready to play. She’s looking for someone to join her in relaxing at home after all her adventures. Could that be you? Your new best friend is just one click away.
