About Clyde
Clyde is a gentle, medium-sized pittie mix who's had a tough start in life but hasn't let it harden his heart. Found on the streets with his friend Bonnie, he showed selflessness and kindness even as a stray, letting other dogs eat first. Now three years old, neutered, and fully vaccinated, he's landed in a loving foster home in Spring, TX, where he's proven to be incredibly sweet, mellow, and easy-going. Clyde is fully house trainedāheāll sit by the back door when he needs outāand crate trained, but heās trustworthy if left to roam. His foster notes how good he is at sharing toys and food, how gentle he is with people and other dogs, and how quick he is to make friends when he meets new peopleāeven if he hangs back at first out of shyness. Clyde gets along great with other dogs, welcomes cats, and has done well with children, especially those old enough to be gentle. While he thrives in a quieter home with a confident dog buddy by his side, he doesnāt demand constant exercise and is content with casual walks or backyard play. Heāll reward you with cuddles, happy dances at mealtime, and an all-around soft, grateful presence. If youāre after an affectionate, low-key companion, Clyde is the real deal.
