About Jenny
Jenny, known around the house as Ladybug, is about a year old and had a rough start in life. She grew up with little human interaction, spending her early months hiding with her siblings. Now, Jenny is a bright, lively dog who believes every animal is a potential playmate. She lights up when talked to and her love for food makes her easy to motivate. Ask her to "go to bed," and she heads to her kennel without fuss. She’s house trained and thrives on learning new routines alongside other dogs. Jenny follows the lead of the pack. She rarely seeks people out for affection and, for now, prefers to keep her distance. That said, she’s making slow progress every day—sometimes she even leans against your legs on the couch, provided you don’t try to pet her or make eye contact. She does a little happy dance in the morning or when she thinks she’s pulled off some mischief, like sneaking into new rooms. Give her time and patience, and she’ll blossom. Right now, she’ll be a wonderful companion for other pets or anyone looking for a dedicated dog’s dog. Jenny is currently being fostered in Aurora, CO. All animals from Rez Dawg Rescue go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
