Mr Paco loves his treats, he'll take out of your hand but he's afraid doesn't like to be touched. You'll need to gain his trust and be patient. At this time I can't tell you how he'll be with a harness and leash. He's using potty pads currently. Once he finds his person and begins to trust them, I can tell he'll be a sweetheart.
