About Sandy Hicks
Sandy Hicks is an older puppy with a gentle heart and a blossoming sense of security. After being rescued from a freezing Texas storm with her sister, Sandy has found safety in a foster home and is showing her affectionate side. She might be shy at first, but she warms up quickly, becoming a cuddly companion who seeks closeness and affection. Sandy is housetrained using a doggie door, does well in a crate, and walks nicely on leash with a harness. She gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children over five, fitting into many homes with ease. Sandy shows "big sister" charm, guiding her sibling while still playful and easy to love. She will benefit from continued basic training and lots of patient attention as she matures into a loyal companion. Sandy Hicks is currently fostered in Princeton, MA, and is looking for a home with plenty of love to give. She’s spayed and up to date on vaccines.
