Winnie is a Chihuahua mix. She is getting ready to make her trip to Wisconsin on June 13th, and now all she needs is a forever family waiting for her! Winnie was found wandering the streets in Texas by one of our partner shelters — another heartbreaking dumped dog story. But those days are behind her now.
