About Collins
Collins is in Bullard, TX and is as classic a velcro Great Dane as you'll find. She shadows her people and wants to be close, whether that's curled up next to you or just lounging nearby. She’s loyal and openly affectionate, quick to greet family with warmth and always eager to join in. At 8 months old, she's still very much a big, clumsy puppy—full of curiosity and ready to explore, but quick to settle down for a nap at your feet after playtime. She’s happiest with regular activity—walks, backyard romps, or goofing off with both humans and dog friends. Collins has done well living with other dogs of all sizes, from big Dane mixes down to toy poodles, and she's happiest playing with a pack or cuddling up at home. She genuinely thrives on companionship, so a home where someone is around most of the day or with another friendly dog suits her best. Collins also gets along with children and has lived comfortably with kids six and up. She’s big and a little awkward, so supervision around toddlers and babies is smart. With new people, she’s usually friendly, only occasionally barking at unfamiliar adult men before warming up. She does need more practice with house training and crate training, but she’s improving daily and willing to learn. Her vet noted some raised ridges from a healed leg injury, but it doesn't slow her down. This gentle girl just wants to love and be loved—and she’ll pay it back tenfold with loyalty, kisses, and good company. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
