I need a new home because I was released from a breeder. I am being fostered in Kansas City, MO. I love to lay next to my foster mom and dad most of all. When my foster family goes out, my foster mom is so proud that I stay in my crate without a fuss .... but I am super glad to see them when they get home! I get along with my foster brother but I don't really know what it means to play yet. I love getting treats, and I only potty outside so I get them alot! I love to sleep in bed with my foster parents and I sleep all night, and my foster mom says I snore, but she's probably exaggerating. I like to ride in the car but I am still not sure what it is all about. I am getting so many firsts, playing with toys, watching tv and licking peanut butter off a bone. I really haven't barked yet for my family, but my foster brother does so maybe I don't need to. I don't know what a cat is yet, so I will have to see what they are all about if I live with one in my new home. I haven't shown my foster parents the Boston zoomies but she tells me they are in there somewhere. A lot of people have come by to see me ... my foster mom says because I am so darn cute, and I love them all, especially the little ones, because they seem to love kisses most. All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption. MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing. MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.
