Meet Omega - a little dog with a big personality who's ready for his second chance. Omega came to us as a surrender, and at first he lived up to his name as a bit of an ankle‐biter. He can be moody and particular, but once he settles in, his sweet side absolutely shows. His future adopter should be patient, understanding, and willing to give him the space he needs to feel safe. We're still learning how Omega does with other dogs and cats. A meet and greet with any resident dogs will always be required to make sure it's a good fit. Omega is a 7‐year‐old Shih Tzu who is up to date on vaccines. His neuter will be scheduled soon, and we'll complete his bloodwork at that time. If he tests positive for heartworm, Lyme, or any other tick‐borne illness, we will provide full treatment. This little guy has been through a lot, but he's ready to try again.
