Buggar is a small Shih Tzu mix with a big heart and an even bigger capacity for love. This sweet little guy is on the hunt for a forever home where he can settle in, relax, and be your loyal companion through life's everyday moments. His former foster family absolutely adored him—and it's easy to see why. Buggar is the definition of a “go-with-the-flow” pup. Whether you're heading out for a walk, lounging on the porch, or curling up on the couch for a cozy evening, Buggar is happiest right by your side. He's wonderfully adaptable and takes life in stride, making him a great fit for a variety of households. He's also a total gentleman! Buggar is housetrained, enjoys his walks, and already knows “sit.” He's highly food-motivated and will stand and "dance" for a treat. The only exception is that he loves his people so much that he doesn't like to be separated from them and gets anxious when left alone. So, at least, for now, he would not do well in an apartment or townhome situation unless the neighbors are very understanding, and he should be adopted by someone who is home most of the time and has the patience and willingness to work with him to overcome his anxiety.
