Dasani is a friendly and affectionate adult female mixed-breed Pit Bull Terrier with a brindle and white short coat. She's spayed, house trained, and up to date on vaccinations. Dasani thrives in Phoenix, MD, and gets along well with children and other dogs, though she prefers a home without cats.

About Dasani

Dasani came to the rescue after being found with her five puppies, living in cages in the back of a truck, hidden under a tarp during the sweltering Georgia summer. She’s shaken off that rough start like it’s ancient history—meeting new people with a wagging tail and her signature playful spirit. Dasani is goofy to the core, always up to silly antics that brighten the shelter. Despite a love for rough-and-tumble play, she’s calm and focused on leash, happy to join you on long walks. She greets everyone with the same open-hearted friendliness—kids, adults, and nearly every dog she meets. She’s so reliable with other dogs that the staff have made her their go-to “dog tester.” What she wants most is a home—and maybe a canine buddy—where she can finally let loose and just be a dog. If cat-free sounds good, Dasani might be exactly who you need. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
