About Mr Wilson
Mr Wilson, sometimes called Little Boy, is a small black Chihuahua from Yuma who has spent about 10 years perfecting his loyal sidekick routine. At 15-16 lbs, he fits nicely in a lap—or right by your side, since he’s known for trailing his favorite person around. Polite with both dogs and cats, he’ll check in with a feline roommate but never chases or barks. Food is a major motivator for him, making mealtime easy, and his mild, kind-hearted manner has earned him a dedicated fan club. Housebroken and leash trained, Mr Wilson is as easy to live with as he is lovable. Health-wise, he does have a high-grade heart murmur, though there’s no sign of heart failure yet. This means he’ll need lifelong medication (about $30-35 monthly), and he’s recently had a dental and an anal mass removed—his bloodwork is looking good and he’s on the mend. With his sweet temperament, he’d make an excellent retirement buddy for a senior, either as a solo pet or in a home with other animals. He’s a Taurus, so expect plenty of devotion and a calm presence. Think you have a spot for this good boy to relax and enjoy his golden days? Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
