Meet the delightful Annika! 🌟 This precious pup arrived about 6 months ago from Yuma, and let me tell you, she’s been on a journey of courage and growth. Initially, she was a bit of a wallflower, shy and unsure of the world around her. But with time, her loving foster has helped her blossom into a wonderful companion who just needs a bit more patience and love to fully flourish. 💖 At approximately 2.5 years and weighing around 15 pounds, Annika is a petite little lady ready to find her forever home. 🏡 Although she’s still figuring out the wonders of leash walking and can feel a tad anxious in new situations, her devotion to her foster mom shines through! Under her foster's gentle guidance, she’s embraced the joys of indoor living and has become quite well housebroken. ✨ Annika is such a sweetheart in her crate and has proven to be non-destructive—what a relief for any new owner! 🎉 She has a heart of gold and gets along famously with dogs of all sizes and ages, and even shares her space with cats! Given her friendly nature, she’d thrive in a home with furry friends to keep her company. While she hasn’t quite found her passion for toys yet (we’re hopeful she’ll discover her inner playful pup soon!), she definitely loves routine and predictability. Annika simply needs someone who understands that love is built on trust over time.
