About Princess Sadie

Princess Sadie arrived from Yuma after her previous family chose not to reclaim her. At about 11 years old and weighing around 11-12 lbs, she’s finding her courage as she settles into her new life. Princess Sadie is a quiet, mild-mannered Chihuahua with a strong independent streak. She tends to keep her distance from other dogs and can growl if they crowd her space, so she would be happiest in a home with few or no other dogs. Easy-going, she walks well on a leash and is fully housebroken as long as she has regular opportunities to go outside. She enjoys being petted but hasn’t really taken to being a lap dog so far. Mealtimes are her favorite part of the day and she never misses a meal. Princess Sadie recently had a dental cleaning in rescue and has a heart murmur that requires daily medication (about $35 per month), but she’ll go home with a six-month supply of her medication, thanks to a sponsorship. Born February 2nd, she’s an independent Aquarius—no surprise there. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
