Petey (A139333) is a 1-year-9-month-old husky mix who weighed over 60 lbs at intake! 05/16/26 This handsome and outgoing guy is Petey! Petey was reluctantly brought to the shelter due to no fault of his own. He was said to be a very affectionate and friendly dog who has done well with every human he has met so far. Petey was also said to do well with and be very excited around other dogs! He does not have experience with babies, or smaller animals such as cats. He was said to be kennel trained and housebroken, but he is used to having a doggie door to go outside when he needs to. He might have some accidents in a new home as he adjusts to the routine. Petey knows some hand commands, but the specifics are not clear. He has been very willing to demonstrate how good he can sit at the shelter! Petey was said to ride well in the car.
